UZAK Charitable Trust organised a Good Touch Bad Touch Awareness Workshop for more than 100 students of Classes 6-10 at Government Higher Primary School, Nugalabande, Mulbagal.
Subject experts used age-appropriate, interactive sessions — including role-play and open discussion — to help students recognise unsafe situations, understand personal boundaries, and identify trusted adults to turn to.
The workshop placed particular emphasis on building the confidence to say no and speak up, treating child protection as something children are equipped to actively participate in, not just be told about.
