About this campaign
SkillSpark India bridges the gap between education and employability through expert-led, 3-hour Career Guidance & Future Readiness Sessions for students from Class 11 to Post Graduation. Each session helps students discover their strengths, explore career pathways, understand emerging industries, and build practical employability skills — from communication and leadership to AI and digital readiness. Every participant leaves with a Career Success Kit, a personalised career roadmap, and practical tools to make informed decisions about their future, delivered in partnership with educational institutions, industry experts and CSR programmes.
The Challenge
Millions of students choose a career with no real guidance at all.
India's students are entering one of the most competitive and fast-changing job markets in the world, shaped by AI, automation and rapidly shifting industries — yet millions continue to make career decisions without adequate guidance, industry exposure or awareness of their options. Many choose a course based on social pressure or incomplete information rather than a real understanding of what's out there, particularly in government institutions, rural areas and underserved communities where structured career counselling is often unavailable. SkillSpark India is UZAK Charitable Trust's flagship youth-empowerment initiative, delivering skill-based career guidance directly into classrooms.
The most common reasons: Lack of structured career guidance, poor understanding of career pathways, limited awareness of future job opportunities, inadequate employability and soft skills, and uncertainty about AI and the future of work.
The Solution
Here's how we're changing that.
A 3-hour session built to move from confusion to a plan.
Every SkillSpark India session follows a Discover, Develop, Decide, Deliver model, led by career counsellors, industry professionals, HR experts and entrepreneurs rather than a single generic speaker. Students spend the first hour understanding their own strengths, interests and personality before moving into career opportunities, emerging industries and the future skills — communication, leadership, critical thinking, AI and digital readiness — that employers are actually looking for. The session closes with each student mapping out a personal career vision and a one-year action plan, so they leave with a next step, not just information.
₹300 gives one student a career roadmap of their own.
Sponsoring a student costs ₹300 and covers a full Career Success Kit — a career planning workbook, a future-skills handbook, a self-assessment sheet and curated digital resources — alongside the expert-led session itself. If you'd rather give your time, the campaign welcomes career counsellors, HR professionals, industry experts, entrepreneurs and college students to mentor sessions and share real-world experience. Every student who leaves with clarity instead of confusion is one step closer to a career that actually fits them.
