GGA

Global Gyaan Academy

Enriching minds, connecting globally.

Global Gyaan Academy is UZAK Charitable Trust's flagship education platform — the umbrella through which almost every other education initiative UZAK runs, from GRIIP to C10RAP to the International Best Teachers' Awards, is delivered. Rather than treating parents, students and teachers as separate audiences for isolated events, GGA runs structured, ongoing programming for all three groups at once, on the belief that a child's education improves fastest when the adults around them are growing too. That means parenting education and family well-being support for parents, academic and career guidance alongside AI and future-skills training for students, and professional development and mental wellness support for teachers — with institutions and wider communities brought in as partners rather than passive beneficiaries. It is, in effect, UZAK's education ecosystem in miniature: one connected platform working to make sure that knowledge, guidance and opportunity reach every level of a school community, not just the classroom.

GRIIP

Government Recruitment Information and Interaction Program

A clear path to public-sector careers.

Government jobs remain one of the most sought-after career paths in India, yet the information needed to actually pursue one — which exams to sit, when notifications open, how eligibility works across PSUs, Banking, Railways, Defence, SSC, UPSC, State Public Service Commissions, Police, Teaching and Healthcare — is scattered, inconsistent, and often out of reach for first-generation aspirants without access to paid coaching or informed networks. GRIIP, implemented through Global Gyaan Academy, exists to close that gap. It runs as a continuous information and interaction service rather than a single seminar: regular recruitment sessions, direct Q&A access to experts, a monthly Government Jobs & Current Affairs e-magazine, and ongoing updates on deadlines and preparation strategy, so that undergraduates, postgraduates, fresh graduates and unemployed youth stay informed and exam-ready for as long as they need to be — not just for one afternoon.

C10RAP

Class 10 Results Accomplishment Project

No student left behind at the SSLC milestone.

For many government and government-aided school students, the SSLC (Class 10) board exam is the first high-stakes academic milestone of their lives — and often the one where the gap between well-resourced and under-resourced students shows up most starkly. C10RAP, implemented through Global Gyaan Academy, is UZAK's answer to that gap: a structured academic support programme built around four layers that work together rather than in isolation — live classes with subject experts in Mathematics, Science and English, a full library of digital e-study materials students can revisit on their own schedule, one-to-one personalised guidance, and continuous assessment through weekly and monthly testing. The goal isn't simply a passing grade. It's to make sure a student's SSLC result reflects their actual ability, not the resources their family could or couldn't afford — and to build the conceptual confidence that carries into higher secondary education and beyond.

SAP

Substance Abuse Prevention Program

Awareness, resilience, and a substance-free generation.

Substance abuse rarely announces itself with a single dramatic moment — it usually builds through a slow mix of curiosity, peer pressure, and a lack of anywhere honest to ask questions. SAP, implemented through Global Gyaan Academy, is UZAK's response: a prevention programme that treats resilience as something to be built, not lectured into students. It moves deliberately through six reinforcing layers — awareness and education sessions that replace myths with facts, life-skills training in decision-making and emotional regulation, a Peer Leadership Program that trains SAP Youth Ambassadors to lead from within the student body, confidential mental-health counselling for those already at risk, structured engagement with parents and teachers so warning signs are caught early, and visible community campaigns that shift the norm beyond the classroom. Together, they're designed to leave students not just informed about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and vaping, but genuinely equipped to say no when it matters.

International Best Teachers' Awards

Celebrating those who shape the future.

Teachers rarely get formally recognised for the work that quietly shapes a generation — and that gap became impossible to ignore during the COVID-19 era, when educators kept classrooms running against odds no one had trained them for. The International Best Teachers' Awards, UZAK's flagship recognition initiative implemented through Global Gyaan Academy, was launched in response, and has since grown into one of the most respected independent teacher-recognition platforms of its kind — now in its 7th year, drawing 600+ applications annually across 20+ categories spanning disciplines and educational levels. Every application moves through the same three-stage, merit-based evaluation — preliminary screening, expert assessment, and final jury review — and it costs a candidate nothing to enter. The Awards are held every year on 5th October, World Teachers' Day, in a hybrid format that combines an online ceremony for international participants with a grand offline event graced by dignitaries, including Shri U. T. Khader, Hon'ble Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.
