Vision
To create a generation of confident, knowledgeable, and high-performing students by enabling every Class 10 learner to achieve academic excellence regardless of their socio-economic background.
Initiatives
No student left behind at the SSLC milestone.
For many government and government-aided school students, the SSLC (Class 10) board exam is the first high-stakes academic milestone of their lives — and often the one where the gap between well-resourced and under-resourced students shows up most starkly. C10RAP, implemented through Global Gyaan Academy, is UZAK's answer to that gap: a structured academic support programme built around four layers that work together rather than in isolation — live classes with subject experts in Mathematics, Science and English, a full library of digital e-study materials students can revisit on their own schedule, one-to-one personalised guidance, and continuous assessment through weekly and monthly testing. The goal isn't simply a passing grade. It's to make sure a student's SSLC result reflects their actual ability, not the resources their family could or couldn't afford — and to build the conceptual confidence that carries into higher secondary education and beyond.

To create a generation of confident, knowledgeable, and high-performing students by enabling every Class 10 learner to achieve academic excellence regardless of their socio-economic background.
To improve SSLC examination results by providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality academic support through expert teaching, digital learning resources, continuous assessment, and personalized mentoring.
C10RAP wraps a Class 10 student in four layers of support that work together rather than in isolation — live teaching, take-home study material, one-on-one guidance, and regular testing — so that a student's progress is visible, and course-corrected, long before the board exam itself arrives.
Structured coaching focused on concept clarity, problem-solving and exam-oriented revision, delivered across the three subjects where students most often lose marks.
Mathematics, science, and english.
A complete, self-paced revision library that students can return to at any point in their preparation, on their own schedule.
Chapter-wise notes, concept summaries, practice worksheets, previous years' question papers, model question papers, quick revision guides, important formula sheets, and examination tips and strategies.
One-to-one support that treats each student as an individual case, not a batch number — because two students struggling with the same subject rarely need the same fix.
Individual learning guidance, doubt clarification sessions, performance tracking, motivation and confidence-building, study planning and time management, and parent engagement and academic awareness.
Frequent, low-stakes testing that turns the board exam from a single high-pressure event into the natural conclusion of a term's worth of measured progress.
Weekly tests, monthly assessments, subject-wise evaluations, mock examinations, performance analytics, and individual feedback reports.
C10RAP is deliberately aimed at the students least likely to have access to private coaching — the ones for whom a single difficult SSLC result can close doors that are hard to reopen.
Government School Students, government aided school students, minority educational institutions, rural and Semi-Urban students, First-Generation learners, and economically weaker students.
Success under C10RAP is measured well beyond the pass mark itself — the programme is designed to change how a student approaches an exam, not just what score they walk away with.
Improved SSLC pass percentage, higher distinction and first-class results, stronger conceptual understanding, increased student confidence, better examination preparedness, reduced dropout rates, and improved transition to higher secondary education.
