Education sits at the centre of almost everything UZAK does — it's the one intervention that, done well, compounds into every other outcome a family cares about: better health decisions, steadier income, and a next generation with more options than the one before it. That's why it's the focus area with the most flagship programming behind it, delivered through Global Gyaan Academy: Har Bachcha School Mein finds and re-enrols out-of-school children, C10RAP supports Class 10 students through their board exams, GRIIP opens a path into government careers, and the International Best Teachers' Awards recognises the educators who make all of it possible.

In practice, that support looks less like a single donation and more like a relationship — a school kit at the start of the year, a teacher trained mid-year, a mentor checking in before an exam. Much of it is aimed specifically at first-generation learners and children from economically disadvantaged families, on the understanding that the gap in outcomes usually isn't a gap in ability; it's a gap in resources, guidance and consistent support.
