Students at Government Degree College, Mulbagal, learned how to identify and apply for the scholarships that could fund their higher education.
UZAK Charitable Trust conducted a Scholarship Awareness Session for girl students at Government Degree College, Mulbagal, under its Ujwal Jeevan initiative — aimed at closing the information gap that pushes many rural girls out of higher education.
Education experts and scholarship advisors walked students through government, corporate CSR, minority and merit-based scholarships, along with eligibility criteria, documentation and application deadlines.
The session encouraged students to set longer-term academic and career goals, leaving with the confidence and information needed to actually apply — not just awareness that scholarships exist.
