Households across Hyderi Nagar, Mulbagal, planted and committed to caring for trees as part of a community greening drive.
UZAK Charitable Trust launched the One Family One Tree Campaign in Hyderi Nagar, Mulbagal, distributing more than 200 saplings free of cost and leading a community tree-planting drive with volunteers.
Every household was encouraged to plant and take long-term responsibility for at least one tree, with volunteers guiding residents on planting technique, watering schedules and ongoing care.
Children, youth, parents and senior citizens all took part, turning a single planting event into an ongoing shared responsibility rather than a one-day activity.
