UZAK Charitable Trust organised a Free Medical Check-up Camp for Senior Citizens at the BHS Learning Centre, Mulbagal, for residents aged 60 and above, with more than 100 senior citizens taking part.
Healthcare professionals conducted blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, general physical examinations and medication consultations, with free medicines distributed based on medical advice given on the spot.
The camp also included guidance on managing hypertension, diabetes and joint pain, and on the importance of regular check-ups — addressing a group that often faces real barriers to timely healthcare.
